Ever thought about joining the #Milawa CFA (Country Fire Authority)? Being a part of the CFA gives you a great sense of community spirit and teaches you great skills. Once you have completed your minimal skills training and received your personal protective clothing you will be eligible to turn out to fires and protect your local community during the fire season. CFA also offers additional training to further your skills as a firefighter and there are always opportunities to take on a leadership role.
Milawa Fire Brigade has a monthly training night and holds a stall at the Oxley Bush Market every year where you can catch up with Captain Koala and learn about fire safety.
